Carpool to Lipscomb - Get FREE Reserved Parking

Lipscomb "Yellow Ribbon" Students TEAM UP TO SHARE THE RIDE.

Veteran students at Lipscomb are dedicated to their education and routinely make a long distance commute to campus.  Some live near Fort Campbell in Clarksville, others call Hendersonville and other surrounding counties home.  It's not unusual to drive an hour to class.  We know parking can be a challenge too.

“Three times a week I drive an hour to Libscomb and back home. Lipscomb helped me become a certified Hytch driver so I could build a squad of other students and veterans to ride-share. When I Hytch to school, I have access to reserved parking spots which is priceless, plus I made new friends.”
— Sam Richardson -- Corporal, U.S. Army
“The challenge for all our veteran students is they all commute, from Clarksville and distant places like Gallatin. Veteran students using benefits are not able to obtain housing. Lipscomb wants to do everything possible to help make this educational experience better.”
— Bryan Flanery, Veterans Outreach Coordinator
